Last Cannibal World

"Last Cannibal World," a film from 1977, is an Italian movie that tells the story of survival against cannibals. Directed by Ruggero Deodato, it's about a man desperately trying to escape a cannibal-infested forest.

The story starts with Rolf (Ivan Rassimov) and Robert (Massimo Foschi), two oil company employees, heading out on an expedition to a forest on Mindanao Island. However, their plane gets severely damaged upon landing. They look for help at a camp that had arrived before them, only to find that the other members have died under mysterious circumstances.

Rolf and Robert soon realize that a cannibal tribe is responsible for this horror. Trying to flee, they try to row to the nearest populated area, but their boat falls apart. Now, they must face the scattered cannibal tribe on their own.
