Lady Chatterley's Lover

If you love romantic historical movies, Lady Chatterley's Lover is a great choice for a cosy weekend movie night with your partner. Adapted from D.H. Lawrence's novel, the movie is about a nobleman who has an affair because he is unhappy with his marriage.

The nobleman, Constance Reid (Emma Corin), has just married another nobleman, Clifford Chatterley (Matthew Duckett). However, Clifford's military duties during World War I force him to leave Constance. Constance must accept that her husband is away on duty.

When Clifford returns, he suffers from a disability, which makes him paralysed and impotent. Nevertheless, Constance faithfully takes care of him, even though she is unable to fulfil her own needs.

To help Constance, Clifford hires various servants, including a man named Oliver Mellors (Jack O'Connell). Over time, Constance finds herself attracted to Oliver, which sparks an illicit romance between them.
