Suddenly, the world turns horrifying. People start changing into monsters, driven by their own desires and goals. These changes are marked by heavy nosebleeds, seeing things that aren't there, and their bodies changing.

This time, the story is about an apartment building called Green Home. As things get scary, everyone living in Green Home has to work together to keep monsters from getting inside.

Cha Hyun Su (Song Kang) is one of them, helping his neighbors fight off these scary monsters. But the twist is, the real monsters aren't coming from outside – some of the people living in the apartment are turning into monsters themselves.
