Carter

The movie, as the title hints, is about a man named Carter who wakes up with no memory, two months after a deadly pandemic. He finds a strange device in his ear, constantly telling him what's happening around him.

Carter is then given a mission by the voice in his ear: to find a child named Jung Ha Na and deliver her to North Korea. He's warned that if he doesn't follow the orders, he could explode at any moment because of a bomb implanted in his body.

Throughout his mission, Carter is torn. He can't figure out if this mysterious voice is a friend or a foe. This really hits him when he's trying to save Jung Ha Na, leading to a huge dilemma. Carter starts questioning his choices: is he doing the right thing, or is he just a pawn in someone else's game? It makes you wonder what's really going on with Carter, doesn't it?

To get into the role of Carter, actor Joo Won went all out. He even gained seven kilograms, all part of a four-month intense preparation for the movie. That's real dedication!
