STORYLINE
Dealing with people who are naturally evil is quite a challenge. This is the dilemma faced by Captain Benjamin Willard (Martin Sheen) in Apocalypse Now, when he is tasked to deal with the ruthless Colonel Walter Kurtz (Marlon Brando).
Colonel Kurtz, obsessed with war, has his own military base and army. He even considers himself a God who has the right to determine who lives and dies. As a result, the American military would rather eliminate him than let him dishonour the country.
In doing this mission, Captain Benjamin is not alone. He teams up with members of his firing squad to kill Colonel Kurtz.
Apocalypse Now, which took almost a year to shoot, is known as the movie with the best premise of all time.
