Directed by Fajar Bustomi, the movie is adapted from Luluk HF's novel and is closely related to his previous film, Mariposa (2020). The movie not only explores teenage love, but also the journey of self-discovery and the search for the meaning of life.

The story follows Glen Anggara, a spirited young man from a wealthy family who is known for his rebellious nature. He avoids rules, but is considered kind and friendly by some people. However, when he meets Shena, a girl who suddenly confesses her love to him, Glen rejects her because he doesn't know her.

However, everything changes when Glen finds Shena's list of 12 wishes. By understanding the list, Glen begins to understand Shena's heart and why she wants to be his girlfriend.

Even though he is hesitant at first, Glen agrees to Shena's request, opening a new chapter in their relationship. With a promise to fulfil Shena's 12 wishes, their love story takes an unusual turn.
