Mariposa

Mariposa is about the unique yet twisted love story of two high school students, Acha (Adhisty Zara) and Iqbal (Angga Yunanda). Their story begins when Acha, a new student, falls in love with Iqbal at first sight.

They are both very different: Acha is very cheerful, while Iqbal is known as a cold-hearted person at school. However, both of them are excellent in academics.

With persistent effort, Acha manages to melt Iqbal's heart and bring them closer together. However, their relationship faces a challenge when Iqbal's parents disapprove, fearing that their relationship will disrupt Iqbal's concentration during his university entrance exams. How will Acha react when she finds out about this?

Adapted from Luluk Hidayatul Fajriyah's Wattpad novel of the same name, Mariposa depicts Acha's hard work to win Iqbal's heart. Set against the backdrop of school life, the film tells a story of love, determination and friendship.
