The Long Ballad

Set in the Tang Dynasty, The Long Ballad tells the story of Princess Li Chang Ge (Dilraba Dilmurat), who tragically lost her family when the Tang Dynasty was overthrown by her uncle, Li Shi Min.

Seeking revenge and wanting to restore her family's honor, Li Chang Ge meets a young man named Ashile Sun (Leo Wu). He was on a mission to invade the Tang Dynasty.

In a twist of fate, Li Chang Ge decides to be teamed up with Ashile Sun, driven by his own desire to confront his uncle. As they navigate through political unrest and warfare, Ashile Sun falls in love with Li Chang Ge.

The Long Ballad, based on the Chinese comic by Xia Da, has received much acclaim, including the prestigious Golden Monkey Awards. In addition to Dilraba Dilmurat and Leo Wu, the drama also features Zhao Lu Si as Li Le Yan, Chang Ge's cousin.
