STORYLINE
"Red Balloon" is a South Korean TV show with famous actors like Seo Ji Hye and Jung Yoo Min. Directed by Jin Hyung Wook, it's about four people chasing their dreams and desires. One part of the story focuses on the complex friendship between Han Ba Da (Hong Soo-hyun) and Jo Eun Gang (Seo Ji Hye).
Ba Da grew up rich but had to call off her wedding when her parents go bankrupt. She ended up marrying Go Cha Won, her boyfriend who insisted on marrying her despite the circumstances. This led to Ba Da facing a lot of pressure from her in-laws.
Eun Gang, on the other hand, came from a poor family. She's in a relationship with a demanding man but secretly has feelings for Cha Won. Eun Gang, who appears calm, is actually very determined and won't hesitate to go after what she wants, even if it means betraying her best friend.
