Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is a 2011 adventure-fantasy film directed by Rob Marshall. It continues the story of Captain Jack Sparrow's high seas adventures and was the third highest-grossing film of 2011.

In the movie, Captain Sparrow (Johnny Depp) is on a mission to find mermaid tears, which are said to grant eternal youth.

This mission isn't Captain Sparrow's idea but comes from Angelica (Penélope Cruz), a woman from his past who is also the daughter of Sparrow’s enemy, Captain Blackbeard (Ian McShane).

The journey is fraught with betrayal and battles, making it even tougher. Things escalate when Blackbeard finds and pursues Sparrow, forcing him to find a way to escape all the dangers he faces.
