Miracle in Cell No. 7 (Remake Indonesia)

Falcon Pictures is deeply moved by the impact of the South Korean film "Miracle in Cell No. 7" on its audience, leading them to make an Indonesian adaptation. They trusted the project to well-known director Hanung Bramantyo and cast Vino G. Bastian as Dodo Rozak.

Dodo is a single father and balloon seller with mental retardation. He is accused of murdering and harassing the daughter of a high-ranking official. Despite his attempts to defend himself, he ends up being put behind bars.

In cell number seven, Dodo meets his cellmates Japra, Zaki, Yunus, Atmo and Asrul. Although his cellmates initially find him strange, they slowly realise that Dodo is a good guy. They even help Dodo when he wants to meet his daughter, Kartika.

Dodo and Kartika's closeness moves their friends, motivating them to uncover the truth behind Dodo's punishment as he will be sentenced to death if found guilty.
