Jumanji

Children who grew up in the 90s most likely loved the 1995 fantasy adventure movie, Jumanji. Adapted from a children's picture book by Chris Van Allsburg, the film left a mark on the hearts of many kids that year. Notably, this movie also becomes the opening movie of the Jumanji sequel.

The story begins with Alan Parrish (Robin Williams), who mysteriously disappears after playing the mystical board game, Jumanji, in 1969. Fast forward 26 years later, siblings Judy (Kirsten Dunst) and Peter (Bradley Pierce) discover the game and decide to give it a try.

Their innocent actions release Alan from the confines of the game, but he's not alone. All the animals from Jumanji's world and other magical creatures follow Alan, Judy and Peter.

Now, the trio must complete the game before being sucked back in if they make a mistake and lose the game. Their journey is full of challenges, but they are determined to come out on top and return to their world.
