STORYLINE
Sorn is a 21-year-old from Shan state. When fighting broke out between Burma and Shan, he and his sister had to flee to Chiang Mai, seeking a safer and better life.
In Chiang Mai, Sorn ends up meeting a man who works at a gay bar. With few options available, he takes a job as a masseuse to support himself and his sister.
As he tries to make a living, Sorn's life becomes more complicated. He becomes involved with Ji, an activist, who proposes a risky plan. Ji wants Sorn to help capture Wuth, another activist targeted by the government. This is happening while the local political scene is unstable, and several activists have mysteriously disappeared.
Feeling trapped by his difficult situation, Sorn reluctantly agrees to Ji's plan. Despite the tough choices he faces, Sorn is committed to supporting his sister's education, hoping she can achieve the dreams he couldn't. The story not only explores Sorn's personal struggles but also sheds light on the political challenges of the time.
