The Sexy Doctor is Mine 2 picks up where the last season left off, diving deeper into Arini and Revano's story. After overcoming lots of hurdles, the couple finally decides to get married.

As they prepare for their big day, Revano hopes Arini will change to be more refined and elegant. But Arini likes being herself, sometimes even jokingly comparing Revano to his ex-girlfriend.

Things get more complicated when Arini's ex, Mahendra, comes back into the picture. Mahendra seems to accept Arini just as she is, unlike Revano. And there's more trouble: Fenina shows up again, causing even more problems for Arini and Revano.
