The film features the talented Laura Basuki, known for her role in the similarly themed Sleep Call. She portrays Renata, a wife struggling with her husband Edwin's disturbing behavior, which threatens to shake the foundations of their marriage.

Renata has been taught that a wife's duty is to serve and uphold the family. So, when Edwin begins to act abusively, she endures it, fearing the breakdown of her marriage.

Things escalate when Renata suspects Edwin of having an affair with Ana, a woman rumored to have disappeared recently. Despite his denials, Renata seeks the truth. Her quest, however, leads to a terrifying ordeal involving Ana, and it only fuels Edwin's rage.
