Rye Lane

"Rye Lane" is a British movie named after a real-life market, but the movie is not about the market itself. The movie follows the story of two strangers who cross paths shortly after a breakup.

Dom (David Jonsson) and Yas (Vivian Oparah) meet by chance at an art exhibition and begin to have a fun conversation. Dom asks Yas to pretend to be his girlfriend to confront Dom's cheating ex.

As they go through this trick, their bond deepens. However, complications arise when Yas admits that she didn't really end things with her own boyfriend, which makes Dom sad.

Despite this twist, they both decide to live their own lives but will never forget each other.
