Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation

In this installment of the Mission: Impossible series, the skilled IMF agent Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) is on a mission to track down a clandestine organization known as the Syndicate. During this time, Ethan is captured by the group, but he manages to escape with help from Ilsa, a mysterious agent who is part of the Syndicate.

Several months after his escape, Ethan has to prevent the assassination of the Chancellor at an opera. His keen observation skills allow him to foil the assassination attempt. However, the situation becomes more complex when he encounters Ilsa (Rebecca Ferguson) at the scene of the crime.

Ilsa reveals that she is a double agent working against the Syndicate with her own motives. She also discloses the identity of the Syndicate's leader to Ethan that makes him really want to capture the leader.

The fifth movie in the Mission: Impossible franchise is helmed by Christopher McQuarrie, who also contributed to the screenplay of "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol," released in 2011. This film continues to blend high-stakes action with intricate plotting that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.
