Melting Me Softly

"Melting Me Softly" is the drama that marked Ji Chang Wook's return to acting after his military service in April 2019. For Won Jin Ah, this was her third drama since she started acting in 2015.

The story is about Ma Dong Chan (Ji Chang Wook), a well-known TV producer, and Go Mi Ran (Won Jin Ah), a woman who joins a 24-hour freezing experiment. This experiment takes place in a lab and is recorded by a TV crew.

But things go wrong when the professor running the experiment dies in an accident. This causes chaos in the lab, and without the professor, no one knows how to safely unfreeze them. Everyone panics, thinking the experiment has failed.

Ma Dong Chan and Go Mi Ran remain frozen. Twenty years later, they unexpectedly thaw out, finding themselves weak and confused. They now have to adjust to a world that's changed a lot while they were frozen.
