Knock at the Cabin

Most of M. Night Shyamalan's movies are full of mysteries and unpredictable. One such movie is Knock at the Cabin, released in 2023. While the movie is based on a book called The Cabin at the End of the World, Shyamalan adds his own touch to make the story even more exciting.

It's about a gay couple, Eric (Jonathan Groff) and Andrew (Ben Aldridge), and their adopted son Wen (Kristen Cui), who are on vacation in a cabin in the woods.

On what begins as a peaceful day, their quiet is shattered by a group of strangers who arrive with a shocking message: the family must sacrifice one of their own to avert a global apocalypse.

Feeling threatened, Eric and Andrew try to protect Wen. They are outnumbered, and soon, all three are trapped with these odd visitors. Leonard (Dave Bautista), one of the strangers, worsens the threat, demanding that they make a choice. What really happened?
