Good Grief

Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences in life, forcing us to face our emotions and accept the harsh reality of death. This is the main focus of the movie Good Grief, which marks the debut directing of Dan Levy, who has received much praises.

The story revolves around Marc (Daniel Levy), who's struggling after the loss of his mother. This loss makes him feel trapped and eager to move on, leading him to seek a life partner. He finds love with Oliver (Luke Evans), but tragically, Oliver passes away in a car accident shortly after their marriage.

Dealing with this second loss, Marc tries to put his life back together with help from his two close friends. While sorting through Oliver's things, Marc discovers a big secret his partner had in Paris. On a whim, he and his friends head to Paris for a healing journey that ends up bringing strength and clarity to Marc's life.
