Friend Zone

As the title suggests, this film explores the relationship between two friends who are stuck in the friend zone. The main characters are Palm (Naphat Siangsomboon) and his best friend, Gink (Baifern Pimchanok Luevisadpaibul). They have been friends since childhood, and Palm once shared his feelings in high school but was turned down.

Over the years, they became even closer. Palm was always there for Gink whenever she ended a relationship with someone, and she did the same for him. Since Palm worked as a steward, he could always find a way to be near Gink. This closeness eventually made Gink’s boyfriend jealous and suspicious.

This situation makes Gink wonder what their relationship would be like if they weren’t just friends. At that moment, Palm, who still had feelings for Gink, openly shared that his feelings hadn’t changed at all. So, can they move beyond the friend zone?

"The Friend Zone" movie is a light-hearted story with many funny moments. However, by the end, the emotional struggles of the characters come through powerfully because of the strong performances of Naphat Siangsomboon and Baifern Pimchanok. The film leaves the audience deeply moved.
