STORYLINE
In 1996, Chuck Palahniuk's novel "Fight Club" grabbed the attention of director David Fincher that led to a blockbuster movie. Starring Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, and Helena Bonham Carter, this 139-minute film revolves around the creation of an underground 'fighting camp.'
The story kicks off with a nameless narrator (Edward Norton) struggling with insomnia and a sense of a shattered life. Trying to heal, he crosses paths with Tyler, a charismatic soap salesman portrayed by Brad Pitt. The two quickly bond over their shared discontent and establish an underground club, known as the fight club.
This club attracts men who are fed up with their mundane lives, offering them a chance to release their frustrations through fighting. The club gains massive popularity. However, everything starts to unravel with the arrival of Marla (Helena Bonham Carter). Her presence throws a wrench into the dynamics of the club, as well as the narrator and Tyler's friendship. What exactly does Marla do that causes such chaos?
