Evil Dead Rise

Evil Dead revolves around Ellie, a single mother living in Los Angeles, along with her three children: Bridget, Danny, and Kassie. They live in a rooftop apartment in a building that one day experiences an earthquake. The quake creates a hole in the basement floor, where Danny discovers a mysterious book, the Necronomicon, in a hidden room.

Although Bridget warns Danny to return the book, he ignores her advice. Instead, Danny spins a vinyl record and opens the book, which triggers a series of strange and catastrophic events. The open book itself makes loud noises and summons demons to their home.

The situation turns dire when Ellie, the mother, is possessed by an evil spirit that tries to kill her in a brutal way. Ellie's children are also threatened by the frightening changes in their mother.

"Evil Dead" blends elements of horror with family drama, depicting their struggle for survival against the evil spirits that threaten their lives.
