Bridge to Terabithia

Jesse "Jess" Aarons, an 11-year-old boy from a family that had financial difficulties. Despite their hardships, Jess has an amazing talent for expressing his imagination through drawings.

While attending school, a new student named Leslie Burke comes into Jess's class. It turns out that Jess and Leslie are neighbors. One day, Leslie invites Jess to accompany her on an adventure. They crossed a vast meadow before entering the forest.

In the forest, they find a tree house, which becomes their safe hideout. Together, they create their own fantasy world to escape reality, which they call Terabithia.
