Have you ever experienced the sweetness of a first love? This movie is a journey back to the beauty and heartache of first love.

"20th Century Girl" is set in 1999 and follows Na Bo Ra (Kim Yoo Jung), who helps her best friend Yeon Du (Roh Yoon Seo) keep tabs on a boy named Hyun Jin (Park Jung Woo). Yeon Du, who has a crush on Hyun Jin, has to go to America for heart surgery, and Na Bo Ra promises to be her eyes and ears.

But things take an unexpected turn when Na Bo Ra herself falls for Hyun Jin. They start a love story that’s soon challenged by distance, as Hyun Jin moves to New Zealand.

At first, their relationship seems to go well, but then Hyun Jin suddenly vanishes without a trace. This leaves Na Bo Ra puzzled and wondering about what really happened.
