Suci Maharani Rengganis F.A. is a freelance writer who contributes to multiple platforms, including Bacaterus.com. She began her writing journey in 2020, driven by her passion for makeup and fashion.
Although writing was not new to her—having studied journalism for four years at a university in Bandung—she took a break to pursue other interests. It wasn't until 2020 that Suci returned to writing, initially focusing on makeup, skincare, and fashion reviews.
In the same year, she launched her professional freelance writing career at Kamini.id. By 2021, she expanded her portfolio to include film and drama reviews, frequently watching and critiquing various genres and productions from different countries. Since then, she has been a freelance writer for Bacaterus.com, where she continues to write movie and drama reviews.
Eager to explore further, Suci recently created a personal blog centered on her hobbies. In 2022, she launched sucasuci.wordpress.com, a blog that primarily features beauty-related content, such as makeup product reviews.
Suci and Film
From a young age, Suci has engaged in a multitude of hobbies. As an elementary school student, she actively participated in volleyball at a club in Bandung. Later, during junior high and high school, she developed a keen interest in fashion design. This passion was ignited after watching the film The Devil Wears Prada (2006), which inspired her to dream of becoming a renowned fashion designer.
Seeking further fashion inspiration, Suci explored other films, eventually discovering Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings. This led to a growing interest in movies, prompting her to explore various film genres and analyze the fashion elements within each production.
In addition to movies, Suci also enjoys watching a diverse range of drama genres from various countries, including K-dramas, C-dramas, doramas, lakorns, docuseries, Turkish dramas, and productions from Malaysia, America, and Europe.
Suci channels her love for movies, dramas, fashion, and beauty through her writing on multiple platforms, and she has recently ventured into starting a personal blog to further pursue her interests.
